Fertilizer
Having your lawn fertilized regularly throughout the growing season has many benefits. Regular fertilization increases the lawn's resistance to most common turf diseases, at the same time thickening the turf. A thick healthy lawn is less likely to become a breeding ground for weeds, than a thin sickly lawn. A good thick, lush, green lawn requires less water, less maintenance and more mowing.
Over-seeding
Over-seeding every couple of years is important, especially on lawns with many thin spots. Thin spots are a breeding ground for weeds, so with a simple over-seed application you will reduce your chances of a weed infestation by thickening your lawn and promoting new growth.
Soil Conditioner
Soil conditioners are used to prolong the life of an aeration by loosening the soil and keeping it loose between aerations. At the same time adding water enhancers and additional micro-nutrients and iron to the root system, thereby reducing the amount of water needed to maintain a thick healthy lawn.
